Messy Church

What is Messy Church and who is it for?

Messy Church is a great afternoon for the whole family.

We meet at John Wesley School and start with a room full of craft activities and games. There will be different levels and types of activity so that everyone can find something to enjoy. You can join in with whatever catches your eye. Try to visit all the tables or spend the whole time getting stuck in to one thing, it’s up to you! After the craft time we have a fun 15 minutes of worship, where we look at our bible theme – through songs, stories and chat.

We then we serve a meal for everyone to enjoy.

The event is run free of charge by a team from United Church Ashford.

Please note that this is an event for parents/carers to attend with their children so please plan to stay and enjoy Messy Church together!
